Job Description:
About the Company Brent Scarbrough & Company is 100% employee owned with 40 years in the heavy civil construction industry .The ideal Onsite PC candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals at a designated job site. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success by analyzing and coordinating the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of large-scale heavy civil construction projects. The Project Coordinator will lead and guide the work of technical staff and may serve as a point of contact for the GC, client customer and/or subcontractors at the project job-site . About the R ole The Project Coordinator w ill: Communicate with key stakeholders to determine contract requirements and object ives.

Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve prob lems.

Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project n eeds.

Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget is sues.

Monitor project milestones and delivera bles.

Work closely with accounting to ensure correct invoices, prepare/submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking rep orts.

Produce and distribute project docum ents.

Correspond and help execute contracts between General Contractor (GC) & BSC, Inc. and execute change orders, request C OI's.

Issue and maintain subcontracts which include writing change orders, ensuring that subcontractors comply according to contract documents between BSC & GC/Owner, etc.

Facilitate Badging & Orientation for BSC & Subcontrac tors.

Track & approve invoices against quotes and contract quanti ties.

Meetings/Phone Conversations with Vendors/Custo mers.

Project Analysis to adhere to budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost sav ings.

Collaboration with Superintendents to process and track change or ders.

Create and Maintain Contract F iles.

Create & Maintain Excel Spreadsh eets.

Assist in the Bidding process when ne eded.

Assist Project Managers/Estimators/Superintend ents.

Train New H ires.

Prepare Closeout Documents & Warranties which includes requesting warranties from Vendors & Subcontrac tors.

Secure Permitting from City of Atlanta & other Municipali ties.

EPD Notificat ions.

General office management includes but not limited to securing supplies and organizing and facilitating project meetings and other scheduled ev ents.

Order and Closeout Surety B onds.

IT Assistance with Computers, copiers, etc.

Job-site Trailer permitting and assisting with se t up. Qualifi cations The best candida te will: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention t o detail.

Have the ability to prioritize and mu lti-task.

Be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams & Vista Accounting Systems.

Knowledge and experience of Autodesk i s a plus. Education Bachelor's degree or High school diploma with 10 years' experience in construction or relat ed industry.

Skilled trai ning a plus.
