Key Responsibilities Manage mitigation jobs from start to finish Supervise mitigation technicians and laborers Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs Monitor job timelines, labor, and equipment usage Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams Review documentation and job quality prior to close-out Qualifications 3-5 years mitigation project management experience Strong knowledge of
