Job Details
IDR is seeking a Retail Infrastructure Deployment Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in the South East Region. This role involves leading large-scale retail infrastructure and low-voltage deployments across multiple sites, coordinating with construction teams, vendors, and internal resources to ensure project success. The position offers the chance to work with a leading organization in the retail technology sector, managing complex multi-site projects with a focus on infrastructure, cabling, networking, and site-readiness activities.
Position Overview for the
Retail Infrastructure Deployment Project Manager:
Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure deployment projects across retail, distribution, warehouse, and corporate locations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deployment readiness plans.
Coordinate customer stakeholders, construction teams, facilities, and vendors throughout project execution.
Ensure all technical deliverables meet customer standards and project specifications.
Oversee site readiness, including permits, access, power, and equipment staging in collaboration with construction and facilities teams.
Requirements for the
Retail Infrastructure Deployment Project Manager:
5+ years of project management experience delivering infrastructure or low-voltage projects.
Experience supporting retail chains, large-scale facilities, warehouses, or distribution centers.
Demonstrated ability managing implementation of structured cabling, network switching, wireless, and AV systems.
Proven experience managing field service organizations and subcontractors.
Ability to manage 20+ active sites/projects simultaneously.
