Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our construction and real estate development company. This position is responsible for handling a wide variety of administrative, logistical, and field support tasks to help keep projects and company operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and willing to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities Deliver and pick up documents, permits, plans, and materials Make bank deposits and assist with company financial errands Mail checks, contracts, and other company correspondence Visit job sites to deliver information, supplies, etc. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and local agencies Assist project managers and superintendents with day-to-day operational needs Track permits, inspections, and project documentation Maintain organized records and company files Run miscellaneous business-related errands as needed Assist with office operations and special projects Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications Self-motivated and dependable Preferred Qualifications Construction, real estate, or property management experience Experience working with permits, inspections, or project documentation Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Why Join Us Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly growing construction and development company Exposure to all aspects of commercial construction and real estate development Dynamic work environment with a mix of office and field responsibilities This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is willing to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed.
