Full Job Description Job Summary:
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. They coordinate teams, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and mitigate risks to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks. Monitor project progress and performance against milestones. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project reviews. Implement process improvements and lessons learned after project completion. Required Qualifications Proven experience in project management or a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
