Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a customer communication and compliance effort. This role will focus on managing outreach to a large number of customers, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track outreach efforts to a high volume of customers
- Schedule and manage customer calls, including coordination with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, and other business units
- Coordinate with external legal counsel to ensure communications align with regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate tracking of customer communications, follow-ups, and status updates
- Ensure deadlines and response timelines are met across all outreach activities
- Support preparation and distribution of customer communications, including emails and call materials
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies in communication or process execution

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and tracking skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams, including Legal and/or Compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment
- Experience supporting risk/compliance programs
- Familiarity with customer communication processes in regulated environments
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or law firms
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, project tracking systems, and collaboration platforms
