Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Special Event - Entertainment Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile entertainment events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery that exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of special entertainment events, ensuring all aspects align with client goals and brand standards Coordinate with vendors, performers, and internal teams to secure necessary resources and services Negotiate contracts with suppliers, entertainers, and venue partners to optimize value and ensure quality standards are met Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies to promote events effectively across multiple channels Manage budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and maximizing resources through upselling opportunities and vendor negotiations Oversee event logistics including catering, guest services, venue setup, and safety protocols Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients, guests, and team members throughout the event lifecycle Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and build lasting vendor relationships Proven experience in event marketing and event planning within hospitality or entertainment sectors Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial management for large-scale events Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, hotel or restaurant experience is highly desirable Ability to coordinate complex logistics involving guest services, safety protocols, and technical requirements Experience with contracts management and fundraising initiatives is a plus Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us to craft unforgettable entertainment experiences that leave lasting impressions!
