Southern Nuclear Job Summary Southern Company Services is seeking an experienced Task Project Manager III to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and energy-related projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects and project tasks from planning through completion.
- Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of project or task management experience, preferably in the energy or utility industry.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience managing engineering, construction, or utility projects.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Skills Project Management
