full-time Company Description Oceanic Companies, Inc. (OCI) specializes in infrastructure and industrial civil / mechanical construction. Based in Kapolei, Hawaii, OCI constructs technical projects for Government and commercial clients primarily in the drinking water, wastewater, and fuels industries. The company's projects range from public utilities and infrastructure including pumping systems, power generators, fueling facilities, and water treatment, all executed with a focus on safety, competitiveness, and timeliness. Role Description Responsible for materials sourcing / ordering, materials pickup (offsite), vendor documentation review site inventory, site organization, jobsite progress reporting, timesheet reporting, jobsite admin duties, and other project related assignments. Position is open to entry level applications and above. While not required, ability to read & understand civil and mechanical blueprints, familiarity with general construction, or experience in materials ordering is a plus.

Computer literate:

spreadsheet development, word processing, PDF documents Strong team player able to direct project teams, to communicate clearly and have strong writing skills.
