Description Summary:

Our Project Coordinator role is designed for upcoming or recent college graduates who want a professional business career — not just a job. You'll work directly with our sales team, contractors, and manufacturers to help supply the electrical materials that power schools, hospitals, office buildings, and major construction projects. This is a customer-facing, team-oriented position where you'll learn operations, logistics, project management, and relationship-based sales inside a growing electrical distribution company. You won't just be doing paperwork — you'll be helping manage real construction projects from order to installation. This position is an excellent starting point for future careers in: + Sales / Account Management + Project Management + Operations Management + Supply Chain & Logistics + Branch or Business Leadership Reports to:
PC Manager Minimum Qualifications:
+ Upcoming or recent college graduate (Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Communications, or related field preferred) + Internship, campus leadership, athletics, or customer service experience is a plus + Basic Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong communication and customer service skills + Organized and detail-oriented + Able to multitask and manage priorities + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Team-oriented mindset + Willingness to learn and grow
Working Conditions:
Working conditions will be standard to an office environment with time spent on the production floor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate orders and delivery of electrical materials for commercial construction projects + Communicate with contractors, customers, and vendors regarding timelines and product availability + Maintain shipping schedules and provide regular updates to customers + Work closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer relationships + Arrange deliveries from vendors to our warehouse and final shipment to the jobsite + Accurately process and bill material shipments + Collaborate with industry partners to resolve project challenges CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
