Project Manager Quote to Cash Marshalltown, IA, United States (On-site) Be the First to Apply Job Description The QuickShip Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Fisher North America QuickShip business while maintaining world-class service performance. This role owns price governance, operational execution from quote to cash, cross-functional alignment, and strategic partnership management to ensure delivery assurance and margin integrity. In the QuickShip Manager role you will: Business Growth & Financial Performance Drive revenue growth and margin expansion for the North America QuickShip portfolio Own pricing strategy and governance to protect premium positioning and achieve profitability targets Monitor business performance through KPIs, financial metrics, and operational dashboards; take corrective action as required Operational Execution Lead end-to-end execution of QuickShip orders from quote through cash collection. Ensure on-time delivery, order accuracy, and financial compliance Establish and manage operating rhythms, including cross-functional reviews, progress tracking, and risk mitigation Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinate front-end (sales, engineering, OE), operations, supply chain, and finance teams to meet service and financial commitments Provide indirect leadership across teams, aligning priorities and removing barriers to execution Ensure resource priority and accountability across stakeholders Continuous Improvement Analyze operational performance to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Implement scalable solutions that improve cycle-time, cost control, and customer experience Support data-driven decision-making and performance transparency Strategic Partnership Management Serve as primary contact for the Impact Partner relationship. Drive high-level collaboration to unlock new market opportunities. Develop joint growth initiatives and strengthen long-term partner alignment. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in business, engineering or industrial/manufacturing environments. Proven experience managing P&L performance, pricing strategy, and cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
