full-time Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and oversee direct mail projects from initial planning through final production. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with clients, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns Coordinate with scheduling, production, pre-press, programming, and other internal teams Translate client requirements into clear production and work instructions Review artwork, proofs, mock-ups, and production samples for accuracy Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays Manage client inventory, data files, layouts, and production documentation Review quotes and proposals and assist with re-quotes as needed Ensure projects meet applicable postal and production requirements Complete project billing and apply approved additional charges What We're Looking For 4+ years of project management or customer service experience Business-to-business experience preferred Experience in commercial printing, direct mail, or a related production environment preferred Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to client satisfaction Why This Role?
