As a Project Manager, you will join our team as a middle-manager and be responsible for all project processes, from planning and coordination, through execution, control, and completion of assigned projects. Our project management team works cross functionally with projects managed across various departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the creation, tracking, monitoring, and execution of project scope, schedule and cost Measure project performance using assigned systems, tools and techniques; aligning the team around critical project elements and effective change management Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects successfully, on time, and within budget Prepare timely and accurate status reports as required by PMO Management, Project Steering Committees, and other organizational stakeholders Work with a spirit of enthusiasm and proactivity, the Project Manager will coordinate tasks, prioritize kye project elements and balance the allocation of external resources Ensure vendors are completing contractual obligations in accordance with the Statement of Work Support the Project Management Office in execution of all projects and team collaboration
Lifelong Learner:
Contribute to further best practices and tools for project execution and management across the organization Works safely at all times. Follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training

REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills, work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability Proven project management track record leading and delivering successful projects
Technically Savvy:
Experience in MS365, Smartsheet, and MS Office would be ideal but an aptitude and eagerness to learn and utilize the best digital tools is essential Demonstrate an ability to effectively coordinate and encourage teamwork among the project team Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines within specified time constraints Experience preparing reports, briefings, and updates for executive level users Ability to read and understand a Statement of Work and manage applicable contract terms
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or Project Management or a related field; or 4 or more years' experience in Project Management; or equivalent combination of education and experiences Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred Formal certification in Project Management (from PMI or equivalent), Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus Experience working in a CPG environment or IT business systems / software development would be a plus
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write reports and business correspondence clearly and informatively and edits work for spelling and grammar. Can effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations such as a project team, leadership, external resources, and other employees of the organization. Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
QUANTATIVE SKILLS
Create, update, and manage a project schedule and budget. Understanding core business financial concepts. Ability to create spreadsheets, status reports, charts, and run reports.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills Attention to detail and results oriented Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Capable of managing multiple projects Willingness to adapt
