This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical engineering expertise, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project workflows Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and bids utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating software Oversee procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications Review blueprints, schematics, system designs, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards Conduct site inspections to monitor safety protocols, quality control measures, and adherence to design plans Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation management, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and punch lists Maintain comprehensive project records including daily logs, incident reports, progress reports, and safety documentation Provide leadership in resolving technical issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders Skills Extensive electrical engineering knowledge combined with hands-on electrical experience in construction sites Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 Strong understanding of system design principles and schematic reading capabilities Familiarity with construction management practices including contract administration and project coordination Expertise in NEC standards, blueprint interpretation, and technical schematics Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects from start to finish Effective communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and stakeholders Ability to utilize Bluebeam and ProCore for document control and project tracking Join us as an Electrical Project Manager where your leadership will drive innovative solutions on challenging projects!
