Build Strong Customer Relationships. Drive Successful Projects. Make an Impact. We are seeking a Project Manager I to oversee customer projects from order receipt through final delivery. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with operations, engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and working with both customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes. What You'll Do Manage assigned projects from order entry through delivery Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate schedules between customers, operations, and production teams Develop project plans and track milestones Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements Monitor project progress and proactively address issues Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams Support budget tracking, change orders, and project documentation Communicate project updates to stakeholders Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within established objectives What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience working in manufacturing, construction, industrial, engineering, or project-based environments preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of project management, project coordination, customer service, operations, or related experience Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, electrical, or industrial projects Familiarity with ERP systems and project tracking tools Why Join Us Opportunity to manage impactful customer projects Exposure to multiple business functions and leadership teams Professional growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative team environment Stable and growing organization #ELI
