As a design-build firm specializing in food processing facilities, we give students in Construction or Civil Engineering the chance to gain real-world experience while working alongside our seasoned team. Many interns return for future summers and are considered for full-time roles after graduation. What You'll Do- Work with engineers and design-build partners across multiple disciplines.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and code compliance.
- Support estimating and bidding through proposals, cost control, and drawings.
- Help manage construction documents including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents.
- Visit job sites to observe safety and quality standards.
- Use tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
- Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Work directly with company leadership, Project Managers, Superintendents, Design Technicians, and Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineers. What We're Looking For
- Students pursuing Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Team player committed to safety and quality.
