Qualifications for a Traveling Construction Project Manager Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business 7+ years' experience in commercial construction, comfortable with General Contractor responsibilities Commercial, Multifamily, Hospitality, or Industrial construction experience Previous experience with a general contractor Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Take initiative and seek responsibility Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Commercial or Industrial construction experience Compensation/Benefits for Traveling Construction Project Manager Industry leading compensation Complete benefits package Vehicle allowance, Per Diem, etc. Positive work environment If you're a Traveling Commercial Construction Project Manager that's tenacious and enthusiastic about projects, let's talk!
