Senior Project Manager - Hybrid#26-07043 West Des Moines, IA Onsite Contract Starts 7/11/2026 Ends 7/10/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to drive wave-based migrations as part of a high-profile Center Modernization Initiative. This multi-year effort aims to consolidate contact center applications and transition customer-facing agents to a modern cloud platform. This role sits at the center of a highly visible transformation, partnering with executive leadership, technology teams, and contact center operations. This position requires 3 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale migration waves impacting customer-facing operations, from discovery and development through deployment Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives for highlyplex business and technical needs across Project Management Collaborate with business unit leaders and contact center partners to ensure successful migration and adoption Influence executive stakeholders to prioritize and support migration efforts and shape enterprise priorities Coordinate across a team of project managers in aplex, high-impact environment, ensuring alignment and d learnings Drive cloud transformation across IVR, agent workflows, and workforce management systems Manageplex scheduling demands, including potential overtime and on-site presence during critical migration phases Oversee integration of technologies such as IVR systems and agent scheduling tools

Requirements:

7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Extensive experience in project management, change delivery, and change management within the financial services industry Strong understanding of contact center operations and consumer banking Proven ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with shifting priorities Desired skills: Experience with cloud platform migrations, especially involving customer service agents Familiarity with technology integrations impacting agent performance and scheduling Experience with Monday or similar project management tools Understanding of cloud technologies and their impact on contact center functionality Deep experience in enterprise project/program delivery in financial services, large-scale transformation, and leading in high-visibility programs Pay range: $58.75 - $66.75 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
