A successful candidate for project manager must have the following skills: 5 Years Previous Experience in Construction Management Ability to thoroughly develop and manage critical path method scheduling Ability to develop, maintain and manage project budgets 2 Years Previous Experience in Construction Estimating Previous Experience in Business Development and Marketing Previous Experience in Delivering Presentations Ability to Manage Team Previous experience in lean building principles A successful candidate for project manager must have the following experience: 5 Years Construction Management Experience 2 Years Construction Estimating Experience Construction Management Degree from Accredited 4- Year University Preferred A successful candidate for project manager must be willing to: Travel in Excess of 50 days a year
