We are a growing real estate company looking for an Operations Manager to help oversee multiple areas of our organization. This is not a typical management position — we are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, takes initiative, creates structure, and helps turn ideas into results. The right person enjoys improving processes, leading people, holding others accountable, and making a company operate at a higher level. The Opportunity As our Operations Manager, you will work directly with company leadership to help run and grow the organization. You will be responsible for creating efficiency, improving communication, managing projects, and making sure important initiatives move forward. We are looking for someone who does not just maintain a business — they help build one. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Burley Real Estate office Ensure company systems, communication, and processes run efficiently Create structure, organization, and accountability throughout the business Develop and improve procedures as the company grows Manage priorities and ensure projects are completed successfully Oversee the company's property flipping division Coordinate renovation timelines, contractors, budgets, and project milestones Track projects from purchase through completion Identify challenges early and create solutions Help build and scale the property management company Improve workflows, systems, and team performance Work with leadership to support future company growth Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
