Idaho , Driggs Job Description A well-established construction company in Jackson, Wyoming is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is best suited for a Senior-level PM with several years of proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion Lead and support the preconstruction process, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and scope reviews Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change management Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, and field coordination Use Sage for cost control, job costing, and financial reporting Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams as needed Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction Strong experience with Procore and Sage Demonstrated experience in preconstruction and project planning Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $150-160k, with flexibility based on experience Competitive benefits package Long-term growth opportunity with a stable and reputable contractor This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a senior-level role with a company that values leadership, collaboration, and long-term success.
