Project Manager Assistant

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic remodel and cabinetry management team. In this vital role, you will support project managers in coordinating and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Your energy and organizational skills will help ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Develop your expertise in construction project coordination while working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines. Support the preparation and review of construction estimates, budgets, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate communication among contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil engineering drawings to support site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications. Maintain detailed records of project documentation, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports. Support on-site activities by ensuring safety protocols are followed and assisting with construction site inspections. Create and lead advertising and other company wide campaigns. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with construction operations is highly preferred. Priority given to applicants with experience using Sketchup and Google Workspace.. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment. Essential attention to detail, independent problem solving, and delivering results while working under pressure.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
