Installation Coordinator - ConstructionJob OverviewWe are seeking an Installation Coordinator to coordinate residential construction and renovation projects from the time of purchase through installation and completion. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with installation teams, vendors, and internal staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule installation projects and crews.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the installation process.

Confirm materials, components, and equipment are available before scheduled installations.

Receive and organize inventory for upcoming customer projects.

Coordinate with installation teams to resolve incomplete work or urgent issues.

Communicate project updates and schedules with internal teams.

Handle customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.

Schedule required inspections and coordinate with regulatory agencies.

Work with vendors and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Develop and improve processes to increase installation efficiency.

Maintain accurate project and scheduling records.

QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors.

Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and project-tracking software.

Construction or project coordination experience is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
