The Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from the planning stage through final completion, working closely with estimators, superintendents, foremen, customers, vendors, manufacturers, and inspectors. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and priorities at the same time. This position plays an important role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. What You'll Do

• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including project planning, production, scheduling, and closeout.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, scopes of work, proposals, and other construction documents.
• Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, foremen, field personnel, vendors, manufacturers, inspectors, and customers.
• Assist with scheduling labor, materials, equipment, and other resources required for each phase of construction.
• Monitor project progress, costs, budgets, profitability, and overall performance.
• Understand and manage the financial impact of change orders and production performance.
• Coordinate and communicate project changes with field personnel and management.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and complete project documentation.
• Work with production personnel to identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
• Communicate with customers and other project stakeholders throughout the project.
• Process manufacturer warranties and assist with project closeout.
• Review completed projects to compare estimated costs with actual costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the Safety Coordinator to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Help develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams. What We're Looking For
• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, or project management .
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Understanding of project budgets, job costing, change orders, and profitability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both field personnel and office staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Ability to use computers, tablets, phones, and construction-related technology. Software & Technology Experience with the following is beneficial:
