Role Description We are seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Rezzar Demolition, LLC in Algonquin, IL. The Assistant Project Manager will oversee daily tasks involving subcontractors and suppliers, manage contracts, process pay requests, handle change orders, requests for information, maintain project schedules, and communicate effectively with clients. This role will require close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality demolition services. Over time, this position will develop into a full-fledged Project Manager role. Occasional travel (20%) to jobsites at beginning and end of projects will be required. Qualifications Able to travel (20%) to jobsites as required Preferred experience in construction management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Construction field
