Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Quality Control/minimize call backs Communicate with the crews and customers Collect payments Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability Oversee construction schedule coordination, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines

Reporting:

The project manager will report to the production manager twice per day.

Requirements:
