    • Metal Buildings Construction Project Manager Leander Construction, a Central Illinois general contractor, is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.
    This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets and evaluate financial performance Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including change-order processing Review and track submittals and shop drawings Serve as liaison between architects/engineers, owners, and field personnel Maintain schedules using industry-standard project management tools Interpret and administer contract terms and conditions Communicate effectively with project stakeholders Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating/scheduling software Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience.
