Address missed deadlines, incomplete reporting, delayed billing, unresolved customer issues, and poor project documentation. Revenue Forecasting and Financial Controls Own the preparation and accuracy of monthly project revenue forecasts. Hold each Project Manager accountable for forecasting monthly revenue by project.
