Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direct project supervision, participates as a member of the Operations Team to ensure all administrative procedures are followed, tracked, and properly recorded. Collaborate and assist office team to support the field staff by ensuring all jobs are properly organized and ready for crew deployment. Manage administrative process of projects to ensure all tasks within the workflow are properly accounted for. Prepare and process subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, and change orders. Manage material suppliers to ensure job material arrives on schedule Assist with attaining substantial and final project completion by streamlining the project closeout process Assist with project planning processes by researching and applying for state and local permits as necessary for the completion of work. Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Strong computer skills with MS Office and Project Scheduling programs Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Excels at time management and is organized and detail-oriented. Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multi-tasking. Communicates effectively on the phone, by email, and in person. Safeguards confidential information and is discreet.
