Symbotic is seeking an On-Site Project Manager to lead deployment of our AI-enabled warehouse automation systems within manufacturing and distribution environments. You will plan and execute end-to-end implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional installation and commissioning teams, and serve as the primary on-site contact for customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include schedule, scope, and budget management; risk and issue tracking; vendor coordination; and progress reporting. You'll drive continuous improvement, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure smooth handoff to ongoing operations in a fast-paced, engineering-driven culture.
