Job Description

Job Overview Mark Construction Group are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring that all phases meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Your leadership will drive project success by fostering collaboration among teams, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software, including scheduling with Primavera P6 and project coordination tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam. Oversee all aspects of construction site activities, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, and contracts while maintaining strict safety standards. Manage project budgets and estimates using HeavyBid and other estimating tools, tracking costs to stay within financial targets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and project management techniques; adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines. Review construction drawings, schematics, and Civil 3D models to ensure accuracy before execution begins. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control, safety compliance, and progress; address any discrepancies immediately. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones; facilitate meetings to update stakeholders on ongoing developments. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision. Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid; familiarity with Primavera P6 is essential. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts; experience with Civil 3D is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety protocols and quality assurance processes. Knowledge of construction management software platforms like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control and collaboration. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and reporting progress clearly. Pay:
$125,973.29 - $173,537.73 per year
