This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as expertise in construction processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple high-rise commercial construction projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and ensure timely completion of all phases. Prepare and manage project budgets, bids, and proposals to ensure financial health of projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and communicate with stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in high-rise commercial projects. Proven experience managing budgets and bids for large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Primavera P6. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
