Known for delivering complex, high-visibility projects, they maintain long-standing relationships with their clients and do about 75% repeat business. They are also rapidly expanding, and are looking for a Project Manager to assist with supporting a strong project pipeline. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction. Strong project experience on multi-family, commercial, healthcare, k-12. Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
