Project Manager/ Sales

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Project Manager/ Sales professional to lead client projects and drive high-end sales growth within our dynamic team. This role combines strategic project oversight with proactive sales initiatives, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Siding, Roofing, Doors, Windows, Decks , along with strong communication skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence projects from conception to completion while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage end-to-end project workflows, including estimates, material list, manging crews, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met Develop and nurture client relationships through inside and outside sales efforts, providing expert guidance on Siding, window, doors, Roofs, and Decks Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction Utilize SketchUp, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and other tools to create detailed layouts and visualizations for client approvals. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintenance support Maintain organized account management records using POS (Point of Sale) systems and customer relationship management tools Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales within the renovation, construction, or sectors Strong negotiation skills with a track record of high-end sales success Knowledge of insurance processes, and construction practices Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—capable of engaging clients at all levels Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for estimating costs, measurements, and project calculations Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative in sales pursuits Locally owned small business, we have built this company on the foundation of trust, reliability, and excellence.
