Project Manager

We're partnering with a growing, well-established company in the feed and grain industry that combines strong market presence with a close-knit, family-oriented culture. As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from concept through completion across feed mills and grain elevator facilities. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Develop full project scopes including plans, timelines, and budgets Manage resource allocation and coordinate cross-functional teams Identify and mitigate project risks Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders Travel to project sites (approximately 40%, including overnight stays) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of experience in the feed mill or grain elevator industry Proven project management experience in industrial or agricultural environments Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Must relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth or Oklahoma City Compensation & Benefits Full-Time, Salaried Position with total compensation of $100,000 - $140,000 Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company participation Generous PTO Growth Opportunity!
