Job Description

Building Automation Project Manager A regionally recognized mechanical design, construction, service, operations and facilities management company is seeking a Building Automation Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Someone who can manage building automation and controls projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and owners. Projects can range up to $7 million and include commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, and public-sector facilities.
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience Building Automation, Controls, HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical Construction background Experience managing project financials, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Comfortable working with engineers, technicians, owners, and contractors Experience with K-12, higher education, healthcare, municipal, or commercial projects Strong communication skills and customer-facing presence Experience managing projects from award through commissioning and closeout Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, profit sharing and 401(k), short and long-term disability, life insurance, LifeLock identity theft protection, an on-site fitness center, paid time off, and career development.
