• $75,000 About the Opportunity A growing, family-oriented industrial machinery company in Elgin, IL is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join their Sales and Service team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a tight-knit OEM manufacturer with a clear path into a high-earning technical sales role within 2-3 years. The company is owned by a visionary entrepreneur who operates multiple OEM businesses and is actively investing in building out their team. What You'll Be Doing Serving as a primary customer contact throughout the full project lifecycle from order entry through installation and acceptance Coordinating schedules, deliverables, and timelines across Sales, Service, Engineering, and Operations teams Maintaining accurate project documentation and keeping all parties aligned on status and next steps Assisting with scheduling installations, service visits, and customer meetings Troubleshooting and escalating customer issues in collaboration with technical and service teams Tracking service issues and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Traveling to customer sites 10-20% of the time for installations and visits Learning the company's machinery, applications, and sales processes from the ground up with a clear development path into sales What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, inside sales, service coordination, or a customer-facing role in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven ability to coordinate schedules, track deliverables, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills
