Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k) We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to lead capital equipment installation projects from initial order through final commissioning and customer acceptance. This role will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle equipment installation projects from order entry through startup, commissioning, and project closeout Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and key deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and field service operations Track project progress, financials, invoicing milestones, and scope changes Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project execution Support on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment startup activities as needed Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learned and process enhancements Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience within engineering, manufacturing, automation, or technical environments Experience managing capital equipment or complex technical projects Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Experience using project management software and ERP/CRM systems Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or similar regulatory standards preferred PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus
