KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
(Essential Functions):- Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff
- Installation support and training
- Communication with customers about their project
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Quality control
- Review jobs before and after installation with installation team
- Subcontractor follow up
- Post-install job file audit
- Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity
- Data entry and maintenance in CRM Must Have
- 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience
- Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
