$75,000-$95,000 A leading large-format printing company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of print production projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage production schedules and project timelines for assigned accounts. Lead pre-production planning meetings with internal teams. Coordinate with scheduling, production, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate shipping requirements and production updates. Respond quickly to changing customer needs and priorities. Conduct regular project status meetings with customers and sales representatives. Monitor project details to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Experience in print production, project management, or customer service within the printing industry preferred. Knowledge of large-format printing and finishing processes. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Basic math proficiency and strong English reading and writing skills. Experience with print management or ERP software is a plus.
