3+ years managing ground-up AND interior renovation projects within a multifamily, hospitality, or retail construction space (A MUST) Procore experience Ideally looking for experience with financial tools and master scheduling Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction safety standards Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $140,000+ based on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
