•Parental Leave and Tuition Reimbursement are available after one year of service. \ What you should know about the role Accountable for coordinating and executing new construction, remodeling and renovation projects, branch relocations, facility updates, and large capital expenditure projects across the credit union footprint. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, documentation, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and project closeout to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards. The Real Estate Project Coordinator also supports Facilities Coordinators with facility-related projects, maintenance initiatives, operational improvements, and onsite project coordination as needed. Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contracts, project documentation, punch lists, status reports, and closeout materials. Serves as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, consultants, vendors, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
