- 2-5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with a General Contractor
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, distribution, or large commercial projects preferred
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project controls
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software ?

- Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project documentation and coordination with subcontractors and clients
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and procurement
