About the Role The role is an entry-level position responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager, Field Superintendent, and Business Development Manager with the overall planning and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with preparing job startup and close out Participate in the project submittal process Attend job site meetings Execute change order requests Learn estimating and purchasing Monitor, expedite, and receive delivery of materials Develop project schedules Perform other related duties as assigned by the Glass Concepts team Forge and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, suppliers, and architects Requirements Bachelor's degree, with preference for Construction Management or Engineering Skilled in reading architectural drawings and specifications (will train the right candidate) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication abilities High attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
