Job Description The Senior Program Manager - Technology Transformation & Portfolio Governance is accountable for orchestrating large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives by integrating independently owned strategies into a single, coherent portfolio roadmap. This role ensures that cloud adoption and infrastructure transformation efforts are governed, sequenced, funded, and risk-managed as an enterprise program rather than a collection of disconnected technical initiatives. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance. Success requires a leader who can independently connect complex business and technology priorities, remove organizational barriers, drive decision-making, and influence outcomes across a highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate focuses on delivering business outcomes, executive communication, and portfolio leadership rather than administrative process management. This position is best suited for a leader who brings structure to complexity, creates alignment across competing priorities, delegates effectively, and ensures transformation commitments are realistic, transparent, and achievable.
