Join a dynamic project leadership opportunity supporting a Companion Diagnostic program within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role offers the chance to guide multiple projects through the full lifecycle while partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful results. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables stay on track. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, resource needs, and documentation. Track project risks, surface issues early, and collaborate with teams to drive timely solutions. Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership using advanced Excel and Power BI. Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and help recommend practical contingency options. Work closely with domestic and international functional teams to support project execution and alignment. Support complex transformational work in a quality-focused, FDA-regulated environment. Partner with external collaborators as needed to help advance the Companion Diagnostic program. Skills At least 5 years of project management or related experience, including experience managing complex initiatives. Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical or biotech industry. Strong understanding of medical device regulations, standards, and quality requirements. Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills and experience creating reports or presentations in Power BI. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a collaborative, results-focused approach. Experience working in service planning, delivery, documented systems, GMP, and quality environments. Preferred Skills Experience supporting transformational projects in a highly regulated setting. Background working with external partners or cross-functional teams across locations. Experience presenting updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and adaptable.
