Full Job Description Project Manager:
Pay:
$50,000.00

00 (Negotiable Based Upon Experience ) Olympik Signs Inc. is looking to add another Experienced Project Coordinator to our growing Team. The Project Coordinator will contribute to an enhanced customer experience providing seamless communication through the entire process. The Project Coordinator's duties will entail managing the sign projects from conception to completion including Process, Plans and Procedures. We are looking for people that take as much pleasure in the success of the group as they do in their individual success. Essential Duties:
  • Plan, prepare and/or review technical specifications, contract documents.
  • Oversee and provide guidance on projects to internal staff as well as Customer.
  • Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize, and direct activities related to projects.
  • Manage jobsite construction and verify that construction is proceeding in accordance with design specs.
  • Update job cost reports including work progress, costs, and scheduling updates.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and develop lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, systematic, determined, rigorous and an effective Team player.
Salary & Pay:
  • Commensurate based on experience.
