What You'll Do Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward. Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and track financial performance. Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor, materials, and services. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client expectations. What We're Looking For Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to anticipate issues and take proactive action. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting. Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
