You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews - keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines Coordinate with union carpenters, millwork foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers Lead client communication with a solutions-oriented, transparent approach Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs; manage change orders Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes Track project financials and provide regular reporting to ownership
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (carpentry, millwork, or interior fit-out experience a strong plus) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and budgeting Excellent communication skills - with clients, crews, and ownership alike Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results that exceed expectations Experience working with union labor preferred Interested in hearing more?
