Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking a high energy Project Manager to oversee the complete project cycle from quote to cash for our sign installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Local candidates only in the Rockford, IL area. The wage range for this position is $50K to $60k annually. Responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. Prepare detailed project plans, including scope, resources, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project progress. Oversee the procurement of materials and services, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals. Use ERP systems to manage project information and maintain accurate records. Proactively identify potential issues and risks, implementing effective solutions to mitigate them. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding and anticipating their needs to ensure superior service delivery. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the sign industry or a related field. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in project management. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams and clients. Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively manage project details. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) would be advantageous.
